The refreshed range are our award-winning Pure+ Hybrid mattresses which have been returned within the trial period. Each mattress in the collection has been inspected and classified as being in an excellent condition, before being fully cleaned and prepared for re-sale. The refreshed mattresses are re-rolled and will arrive in a recycled brown box.
Refreshed mattresses come with 1 year warranty and there is a 30 day trial.

The OTTY Pure+ is our premium hybrid model 2 layers of our encapsulated pocket springs, air flow system, strengthened edges & multiple layers of memory foam. Additionally, some of the memory foam in the Pure+ is infused with bamboo & charcoal which brings numerous benefits to your sleep.

The cover is removable and dry clean only, as it contains a layer of memory foam. It can be removed using the zip on the underneath of the mattress.
Disturbed sleep means less energy during the day to all the things that matter to you. We have identified the most common causes of sleep disturbance and developed our mattresses to combat them.
Overheating at night is one of the most common reasons for disturbed sleep. This is why we create many small perforations throughout the mattress layers (the AirFlow system), allowing fresh air to circulate throughout the mattress, removing excess heat and ensuring you stay cool, all night long.
Springs are the king of support in a mattress. The Pure+ uses a total of up to 4000, encapsulated pocket springs split between 2 separate comfort layers. This creates the perfect spine alignment and support for your joints and back, ensuring you wake up pain-free and ready for the day ahead. Each sleeper is supported individually, preventing any sleep disturbance caused by the other’s movement.
When we deliver your new Otty mattress, we can also take your old one away with us. This is a premium service that we offer to all our customers, available at the checkout for a small fee.
We can deliver your new Otty mattress directly to a room of your choice within your home (where it is accessible and safe to do so). This option is also available at the checkout.
Want to make things even easier? Our delivery crew can unpack your new Otty mattress and remove all packaging, which will then be recycled. Again, simply select this option at the checkout.
The OTTY Pure+ scores 5.5/10 on our firmness scale, where 10 is firm. This makes it a medium mattress.
Yes, we recommend you rotate your mattress once a month for the first 12 months and then once every 3 months thereafter.
OTTY can be used on any standard base, including divans, slatted frames, adjustable beds, platform beds, or even the floor. We recommend slatted bases which allow extra air circulation on the underneath of the mattress.
The OTTY Pure+ has a total of 5cm of memory foam, fixed on top of the 4000 encalpsulated pocket springs, which allows your body to sink in a little and feel supported. We recommend the Pure+ for side and back sleepers.
All OTTY foam is CertiPUR and Europur approved, meaning that both the quality and toxicity of the foam have been tested time and time again and pass the highest standards set by the governing body.
FIRA is the UK’s designated testing house for BS7177 Fire Hazard testing which all furniture products must go through. All OTTY products are fully compliant with the UK fire regulations.
