Christmas & New Year Information

Please note that for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery date, the cut off time for you to place your order is 11AM on Friday the 13th of December. Depending on your location, you might still get your delivery pre-Christmas if ordered later, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Courier deliveries (UPS / Fedex etc will be dispatched as normal but will only be picked up by the courier on the next working day, so will take longer than usual during this time).

Our courier will be delivering up to the 24th of December, then in between Christmas in New Year on the 29th and 30th.

Deliveries will resume back to normal on the 5th of January.

FAQs Around Christmas & NY

When will my order arrive if placed after your cut off time?

We will be routing some orders in between Christmas and New year, on the 29th and 30th of December and there is a chance you will be offered those dates by our courier. Failing that, deliveries will resume back to normal, on the 5th of January.

What are your operating hours during Christmas & New Year?

We will be running a reduced service during the festive period, to allow all our team to celebrate and rest.

Our phone lines are open from 9AM to 11AM between the 15th and 23rd of December - noting we are closed on weekends, with emails being answered into the evenings. We are working full time hours however and will answer all emails coming in around that time within 24 working hours.

If you have emailed us after midday on the 24th of December, it is likely that we will not respond until the 29th.

We will be shipping orders until 11AM on the 22nd of December, then again by 11AM on the 29th of December, and return back to normal on the 5th of Jan. Delivery dates will be offered 3-5 working days after the shipping date.

What happens with my trial during the festive period?

If you are looking to return your product to us during the festive period, you are still required to contact us by email, within your trial period - however, if we run over the end date due to our team not getting back to you on time, we will extend your trial and still accept your return, in the new year. We will not extend the trial unless you contact us within the time required.

Delivery dates

While our couriers should still be delivering within 5 working days from the date of shipping the order, due to the higher shipping volumes and the potential delays on the road we encounter every year due to adverse weather, we advise to allow up to 7 working days during this time, to receive your product. The process for receiving your booking calendar link is the same, but the available dates might be slightly later than expected.

Please bear in mind that the working days over the holidays are - 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th and 30th of December, then from the 5th of January everything returns to normal.
