1. Offer Details

1.1. Customers purchasing a mattress (excluding single size) are eligible to receive either:
- Two (2) free pillows valued at £140; or
- A £75 discount on their purchase.

1.2. Customers purchasing a single-size mattress are eligible to receive:
- One (1) free pillow valued at £70; or
- A £35 discount on their purchase.

1.3. This offer is not a limited-time promotion, but the company reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

1.4. Any pillows received as free gifts when purchasing a mattress will come with a 100 night trial and will need to be returned with the mattress.

1.5. Any pillows purchased separately will come with standard returns period (default of 14 days as per our T&Cs).

2. Return Policy and Conditions

2.1. If the customer returns the mattress under the sleep trial or any other return policy, any free items received (pillows) must also be returned.

2.2. If the free pillows are not returned, the customer will be charged the full retail value of the items:
- £140 for two (2) pillows
- £70 for one (1) pillow

2.3. Customers are permitted to use the pillows during the sleep trial; however, if the mattress is returned, the pillows must be:
- In their original packaging
- Clean and in good condition

2.4. If the returned pillows are found to be damaged, stained, or not in a resalable condition, the company reserves the right to reject the return or charge the customer the full retail value of the items.

3. General Terms and Conditions

3.1. This offer is only valid for orders placed directly through our website and is not applicable to purchases made via third-party retailers or resellers.

3.2. The free pillow or discount cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash.

3.3. The company reserves the right to investigate and reject returns that do not comply with these terms.

3.4. This offer is subject to availability, and the company may substitute items of equal or greater value if the original promotional items are out of stock.

3.5. If a charge is made for unreturned promotional items, it will be deducted from any refund due, or the customer will be invoiced accordingly.

4. Legal Compliance

4.1. This offer does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4.2. Any disputes arising from this offer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
