It's far more practical, as a rolled mattress is much easier to carry upstairs, round tight corners and through narrow doorways than a full-size mattress. It's also more efficient to transport, so more mattresses fit in each van and fewer are needed on the road. The compact size is what lets our courier team bring your new OTTY in and take your old mattress away in one trip.

It starts expanding the moment you unroll it and regains most of its shape within a few hours. We recommend allowing up to 24–48 hours for it to fully decompress to its intended depth and feel before your first night on it.
