The refreshed range are our award-winning Hybrid mattresses which have been returned within the trial period. Each mattress in the collection has been inspected and classified as being in an excellent condition, before being fully cleaned and prepared for re-sale. The refreshed mattresses are re-rolled and will arrive in a recycled brown box.
Refreshed mattresses come with 1 year warranty and there is a 30 day trial.
Our offers online are not compatible with the Refreshed models.

The OTTY Firm is our first mattres in a box that is specifically built to be used on both sides, where each side provides a different level of firmness. We wanted to create a firm, orthopaedic mattress that is suitable for anyone looking for something on the firm side of the spectrum.

Each side of the OTTY Firm offers a different firmness option, allowing you to choose the right fit for you.
We rate the firm side at 8/10 and firmer side at 9/10.

OTTY Firm includes oure premium bamboo & charcoal memory foam, which offers a myriad of health benefits, including temperature regulation, moisture-wicking, and being anti-bacterial which reduces odours.

Springs are the king of support in a mattress, which is why we use special bigger and thicker encapsulated pocket springs in ours. This creates the perfect spine alignment and support for your joints and back, ensuring you wake up pain-free and ready for the day ahead. Each sleeper is supported individually, preventing any sleep disturbance caused by the other's movement.
Old Mattress Disposal
When we deliver your new Otty mattress, we can also take your old one away with us. This is a premium service that we offer to all our customers, available at the checkout for a small fee.
Delivery To Room Of Choice
We can deliver your new Otty mattress directly to a room of your choice within your home (where it is accessible and safe to do so). This option is also available at the checkout.
Unpack & Remove Packaging
Want to make things even easier? Our delivery crew can unpack your new Otty mattress and remove all packaging, which will then be recycled. Again, simply select this option at the checkout.

How Firm Is The OTTY Firm Mattress?
The OTTY Firm scores 9/10 on our firmness scale, where 10 is firm. You can rotate the mattress, the other side is rated 8/10. This is marked on the cover with Firm/Firmer.
Do I Need To Rotate My Mattress?
Yes, we recommend you rotate your mattress once a month for the first 12 months and then once every 3 months thereafter.
What Base Do I Need For My Mattress?
OTTY can be used on any standard base, including divans, slatted frames, adjustable beds, platform beds, or even the floor. We recommend slatted bases which allow extra air circulation on the underneath of the mattress.
I Have Back / Joint Issues, Is This Mattress Right For Me?
The OTTY Firm is an orthopaedic mattress and our most suited when it comes to back and joint support. We would recommend it to anyone struggling with sleep due to these issues.
CertiPUR/Europur Approved. FIRA Certified
All OTTY foam is CertiPUR and Europur approved, meaning that both the quality and toxicity of the foam have been tested time and time again and pass the highest standards set by the governing body.
FIRA is the UK’s designated testing house for BS7177 Fire Hazard testing which all furniture products must go through. All OTTY products are fully compliant with the UK fire regulations.
