Your mattress will arrive rolled and vacuum packed. It will include a neutral-coloured bag which can be used to protect the mattress when transporting it or returning it, we recommend that you keep this.

1) Take your box straight to your bedroom and lie it on the floor to lift the mattress out of the box. 

2) Take your cutting tool and glide it along the plastic, angling it away from the mattress to avoid any potential damage.

3) Once you remove the first plastic layer from the mattress, place it on your bed frame with the OTTY logo at the bottom of the bed and right way up, so that you can easily read OTTY. Remove the second layer of plastic by cutting it on one side and sliding it off the mattress. Once this has been done, the mattress will begin expanding. We recommend that you let your mattress rise for 4 hours before using it. 

In the meantime, don’t forget to recycle the box.

4) Then voila, you’re ready to have a great night's sleep!

We require you to rotate your mattress once a month for the first 12 months and then once every 3 months thereafter, especially if you are sleeping alone or with a partner whose weight is much different from yours. This will help to spread the weight out evenly and ensure longevity of the mattress. Failure to rotate your mattress might invalidate your warranty.

Aura, Original & Firm

You can remove the mattress cover which can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry.

Pure, Pure Pro & Pure Plus

You can remove the top cover, but we recommend spot cleaning it only, with a sponge or damp cloth. If necessary, you can use detergent or soap, however do not get the mattress excessively wet as this will damage the foam and could void the warranty. We recommend removing the cover before cleaning, and allowing it to fully dry before placing back on the mattress.

All boxed mattresses come with a 100-night trial. If you're not
100% satisfied, get in touch and we'll collect it and offer a full refund. The email to request a return must be received within your 100-nights trial period. Your 100 night trial starts from the date of delivery.

If for any reason the mattress is not for you, simply email returns@otty.com with your order number and we'll begin the returns process. The team will email you instructions on how to return your mattress, please wait for instructions before proceeding.
