The OTTY Firm is our first mattres in a box that is specifically built to be used on both sides, where each side provides a different level of firmness. We wanted to create a firm, orthopaedic mattress that is suitable for anyone looking for something on the firm side of the spectrum.
Each side of the OTTY Firm offers a different firmness option, allowing you to choose the right fit for you.
We rate the firm side at 8/10 and firmer side at 9/10.
OTTY Firm includes oure premium bamboo & charcoal memory foam, which offers a myriad of health benefits, including temperature regulation, moisture-wicking, and being anti-bacterial which reduces odours.
Our double-sided washable cover is made of a thick 400g knit material, feeling soft and plush to the touch.
Our high density, durable FlexFoam layer provides a firm support level that gives the Firm its name.
Our unrivalled spring size provides a firm firmness rating, maximising support offered while minimising motion transfer.
Specially designed Reflex Foam is used to provide comfort and additional support on top of the spring layer, when flipping the mattress to the firm side.
Our thick foam borders help to offer edge-to-edge sleep surface and prevent rolling out of bed.
A layer of bamboo & charcoal infused memory foam, providing all of its health benefits as well as further increasing the comfort of the mattress, when on the firm side.
The OTTY firm is an orthopaedic mattress, having been tested with support in mind. With 2 firmness levels, it offers more options for you, helping with back and joint problems while you sleep.
Springs are the king of support in a mattress, which is why we use special bigger and thicker encapsulated pocket springs in ours. This creates the perfect spine alignment and support for your joints and back, ensuring you wake up pain-free and ready for the day ahead. Each sleeper is supported individually, preventing any sleep disturbance caused by the other's movement.
When we deliver your new Otty mattress, we can also take your old one away with us. This is a premium service that we offer to all our customers, available at the checkout for a small fee.
We can deliver your new Otty mattress directly to a room of your choice within your home (where it is accessible and safe to do so). This option is also available at the checkout.
Want to make things even easier? Our delivery crew can unpack your new Otty mattress and remove all packaging, which will then be recycled. Again, simply select this option at the checkout.
The OTTY Firm scores 9/10 on our firmness scale, where 10 is firm. You can rotate the mattress, the other side is rated 8/10. This is marked on the cover with Firm/Firmer.
Yes, you must rotate your mattress once a month for the first 12 months and then once every 3 months thereafter. See full terms here.
OTTY can be used with a variety of standard bed bases, such as divans, slatted frames, adjustable beds, or platform beds. We highly recommend slatted bases because they allow better airflow beneath the mattress.However, we do not offer any guarantee using the mattress with steel bed frames and thin steel supports, as they may not offer the essential support needed for the mattress. This lack of support could potentially result in sagging over time.See T&Cs for full terms.
The OTTY Firm is an orthopaedic mattress and our most suited when it comes to back and joint support. We would recommend it to anyone struggling with sleep due to these issues.
All OTTY foam is CertiPUR and Europur approved, meaning that both the quality and toxicity of the foam have been tested time and time again and pass the highest standards set by the governing body.
FIRA is the UK’s designated testing house for BS7177 Fire Hazard testing which all furniture products must go through. All OTTY products are fully compliant with the UK fire regulations.
